Elite PC and Sim LLC provides technology services including, but not limited to:

  • PC and laptop repair

  • System upgrades and troubleshooting

  • Network and technical support

  • Simulator and immersive technology installations

  • On-site services in commercial and educational environments

Services are performed based on information provided by the customer and agreed-upon scope of work.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information related to devices and service needs

  • Back up data prior to service unless otherwise agreed

  • Ensure appropriate authorization for service on owned or managed equipment

Elite PC and Sim LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, data loss caused by hardware failure, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

 

Data and Device Handling

While every effort is made to protect customer data, Elite PC and Sim LLC is not responsible for:

  • Data loss caused by existing hardware failure

  • Issues resulting from third-party software or hardware

  • Security vulnerabilities that existed prior to service

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and invoicing will be outlined in service agreements or invoices. Failure to remit payment may result in delayed service or return of equipment.

 

Limitation of Liability

Elite PC and Sim LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

 

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
