Elite PC and Sim LLC is committed to clear, fair, and transparent shipping and return practices. This policy explains how equipment, parts, and materials are handled for shipping, returns, and service-related work.
Shipping Policy
Service-Related Shipping
Shipping may be required for:

Customer-owned equipment sent to us for repair or service

Replacement parts or components

Completed equipment being returned to the customer
Shipping methods, carriers, and costs will be communicated prior to shipment unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included in a written agreement, warranty service, or proposal

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request at additional cost
Elite PC and Sim LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Once equipment is shipped or returned to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the shipping provider. Customers are encouraged to request tracking and insurance when shipping valuable equipment.
Returns Policy
Parts and Hardware
Returns for parts or hardware may be accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Some items may be subject to manufacturer return policies or restocking fees
Custom-ordered parts, specialty equipment, and software licenses are non-returnable unless defective.
Service Work
Labor, installation services, diagnostics, and on-site services are non-refundable once performed.
Repairs and Warranty Returns
If a part installed by Elite PC and Sim LLC is found to be defective:

We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable

Replacement or repair will be handled according to manufacturer terms

Shipping costs related to warranty claims may vary depending on coverage
Elite PC and Sim LLC does not guarantee manufacturer warranty outcomes.
Educational & Institutional Customers
For schools, districts, and training facilities:

Shipping and return terms may be governed by purchase orders or service agreements

Special handling, documentation, or scheduling requirements will be accommodated when possible
